At the heart of TAV is London Slings weekly sling pop up, offering sling hire & purchase as well as expert support with carrying your baby confidently.
Run by TAV founders, Rachel & Katharine, you can drop in for free, if you are planning to hire or purchase, or book a 1:1 appointment for help with your own sling.
More than just sling support, Rachel & Katharine, as well as superstar admin assistant Luci, welcome you to TAV and provide signposting, advice and reassurance to new parents, so look for them when you arrive if you feel unsure of who or what you need.
PILATES FOR PARENTS
WEEKLY 10AM - 11AM
Join Gemma of Pilates Barne every week for a parent & baby pilates session that starts your Monday morning off right.
Suitable from 6-8 weeks postnatal, following your GP check, or for dads at any time, your baby can chill in the comfy bouncers or on the mat with you whilst you stretch out, realign and feel better.
WEEKLY 11AM- 1PM
Feeding support takes place upstairs, and roughly alternates between two different types of session.
The Feeding Cafe, with lactation consultant, Imogen Unger, is a relaxed and informative group session covering information about feeding your baby (be it breast, bottle, or anything in between). Imogen will be able to spend a little time with each person supporting you practically with your feeding concerns.
The Combined Specialist Feeding clinic is a more targeted session with only 3 spaces, where your feeding concerns are assessed by both Imogen, our lactation consultant, and Nancy, paediatric osteopath, with treatment from one or both following, according to your needs.
WEEKLY 3PM - 4PM
Our free postnatal group is run by midwives Vicky & Emily of The Group. Pregnant, new parent or less new, all are welcome for cake & conversation whilst the babies grow, feed or play. No need to book, just pop along.
This session takes place upstairs, with space for your buggy to be left downstairs during it.
