Every week we offer fitness classes especially designed for new mothers, to help you to rehabilitate postnatally, bond with your baby and elevate your mood.
Mum & Baby Pilates runs every week from 12.30-1.30. Book single sessions here, or class passes can be purchased via Holly directly and redeemed by emailing her to join the Takes A Village class.
At 3pm we have sling dancercise with the lovely mum of one, Ieva. Single sessions or class passes can be purchased below.
